Refund Eligibility

1. eBook Delivery Guarantee:

   • Customers are entitled to request a refund if the first eBook is not delivered within 48 hours after the initial payment.
   • For subsequent months, if the monthly eBook (delivered on the 10th of each month) is not received within 48 business hours after the delivery date, the customer may request a refund for that month.

2. Services as Complimentary Benefits:

   • The additional services provided with the subscription (such as website development, advertising management, or other related services) are considered complimentary benefits and are not eligible for refund requests. These are not part of the primary product (eBook subscription).

3. Post-Cancellation:

   • If the subscription is canceled or refunded, any complimentary services provided (e.g., websites, designs, or other assets) will no longer belong to the customer and will revert to the ownership of Upsell Nine.

Refund Process

1. To request a refund, you must contact us at contact@upsellnine.com within 48 hours of the non-delivery of an eBook.
2. Your refund request must include:
   • Your name, contact information, and purchase details.
   • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
3. We will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
4. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

Exceptions

1. Partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion in specific cases.
2. Refunds are strictly limited to the eBook subscription and do not cover the complimentary services provided as part of the subscription.
